If you are unhappy with our product we will gladly refund you or swap you title within 14 days of invoice date.
To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that the product must be unopened (cellophane wrapping still on and the seal must be intact). All CDs, packaging and boxes must be in a like-new condition. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). This will be provided by us and this must be visible on the outside of the package. (click here for our contact details)
Products returned that have been opened may be subject to a 25% re-stocking surcharge. Shipping can not be refunded for products that have been incorrectly ordered.
We will always replace faulty products at no cost to the customer. In this case, please contact us to verify the product is faulty and then we will issue a replacement straight away. Marrutt Ltd. reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where the product has been opened or viewed.
